Windows 10 Tip: Start, simplified

Editor's note: We're back with the summer batch of the weekly Windows 10 tips, which highlights some of the many useful features that come with the Windows update May 10, 2019. We've been working hard behind the scenes to make it easier for you daily life with an optimized update process, as well as clean and simple experiences for your desktop.
If you feel that your life is too messy, some of you may find a break in the simplified home design that comes with Windows 10 May 2019 Update.
New Windows 10 users, those who have new devices, new user accounts and clean installations, will see the new startup design by default when they start. Existing users of Windows 10 who upgrade to the Windows Update May 10, 2019 can choose to quickly uninstall applications or unassigned tile groups, as they will see the original distribution of the Start menu. The simplified layout contains a sleek one-column design and fewer tiles.
